When the Ministry were advised to create a nutrient risk tool for farmers, they needed a development partner that moved fast, understood farmers and could operate in a complex stakeholder environment.

Backstory cut the scope to a true Minimum Viable Product to meet timelines, worked closely with scientists and security specialists to meet distinct requirements and provided digital technology know how to support this build.
